We stand behind the quality of NanoTalk. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your subscription start date—no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Qualifying Purchases

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all subscription plans, including:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans
  • Any promotional or discounted plans

1.2 Refund Window

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from your initial subscription purchase date.

Important: Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first payment. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

1.3 One Refund Per Account

The 30-day money-back guarantee is available once per user account. If you have previously received a refund, subsequent purchases may not qualify for an additional refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

3.2 Subscription Access

Upon approval of your refund request, your premium subscription access will be terminated immediately. You will retain access to any free features available to non-subscribers.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from using the service, please contact our support team first. We will work diligently to resolve any technical issues. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will gladly process your refund regardless of the 30-day window.

4.2 Billing Errors

If you notice an incorrect charge or duplicate billing, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and process a full refund for any erroneous charges without delay.

4.3 Force Majeure

In the event that we are unable to provide our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, server failures, or acts of government), we will provide prorated refunds or service credits at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscription renewals: Only your initial purchase is eligible for a refund. Automatic renewals and subsequent billing cycles cannot be refunded.
  • Subscriptions requested for refund after the 30-day window from initial purchase (unless covered under special circumstances)
  • Second or subsequent refund requests from the same user account
  • Services that have been used in violation of our Terms of Use

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

6.1 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing period (unless you are within the 30-day window from your initial purchase)

Important: To avoid being charged for a renewal, make sure to cancel before your next billing date. Canceling after a renewal charge has been processed will not result in a refund for that renewal.

6.2 Requesting a Refund with Cancellation

If you are within the 30-day window from your initial purchase and request a refund, your subscription will be canceled automatically as part of the refund process.
